Our Property Protection program covers the basic security and maintenance needs property management in Morocco requires. We aim to provide the best care and upkeep of properties in our program.
Our local key holding services ensures that keys are only entrusted into hands which will keep them safe and secure. At a minimum, we visit your property monthly to check the status and contents of your property. During which time, we air and dust the property, to help deter mold and insects from thriving.
Once a quarter your inventory will be updated and the functionality of all items tested. Via your personal login, information on your apartment will be available only to you as the owner. Access to quarterly inventory report including (3) digital photos will be within fingertips reach within the property management section of our website.
We will communicate with you concerning any issues we encounter with your apartment or its contents. We offer emergency contact support, which are handled and communicated to you on an individual basis.
As part of our property protection services, we can provide referrals to insurance agencies.

Rental Management

Our Rental Management program offers full and personalized involvement in the management of your investment property.
This includes the Property Protection package, so you know your property is in perfect rental condition.
We assist you with the accounting aspects involved with paying bills and representing you in this foreign country.
We actively pursue the advertising of your property, and handle the marketing by setting up vacation packages and listings for you.
We also keep you informed by tracking your investment reporting so you can see the performance of your rental.
We handle the bookings and scheduling of rentals, and take care of the administration involved in rental investing.

We assist you with accounting aspects involved with paying bills within Morocco, including insurance services, water and electric bill payment oversight, and applicable annual community fees for your development.
Additionally, we provide a secured personal storage area in your apartment where you stow items for your own use when you stay in your vacation home.
