- For clients who sign up for Vista Rent’s Property Protection Service which is a prerequisite for Rental Management, we will visit your apartment monthly to test electronic equipment and utilities as well as the contents and condition of your vacation home. For your convenience and peace of mind we will upload quarterly reports onto our website providing easy access to the latest financial report, inventory, your home’s current condition, as well as three digital photos.

- Yes, definitively. High Season which starts on 15th of July and ends on 1st of September is a very active period for the North of Morocco . - It should be noted that in order to pay regularly bills yourself it would require a personal visit to Morocco on a monthly basis. Our administrative service provides this for you can assist in tracking utility payments for water and electricity providing you with peace of mind knowing your services will continue without interruption by establishing a reserve account with Amendis (Morocco’s Utilities company) which allows bills to be paid on a regular basis. Vista Rent’s Administrative Services will keep track of your Amendis account and follow through on any payment delays or oversights preventing utilities from being cut off before your arrival or that of your renters.
- Will the Administrative Services fee cover payment of electricity, water and insurance?
- No. Vista Rent does not pay for your insurance and utilities bills but assists you in paying and tracking them. We also assist Administrate Services clients in purchasing insurance—a difficult task to complete from outside the country.
